We want to briefly tell you a bit about our passion - Shake-It Mixers - and give you some delicious recipes for you to easily shake up at home.

Our Shake-It Mixer range was launched in Denmark back in 2020, but really the process of refining the unique taste began several years before. Since then, Shake-It Mixer has become the best-selling premium cocktail syrup brand in Denmark, challenging big and well-established international brands.

Furthermore, we can proudly share that Shake-It Mixer Mango has just been awarded the 2023 "Superior Taste Award” by the international taste. Our unique bottle design also won gold in 2021 in the largest global competition for packaging design the “Pentaward”.

Shake-It Mango

Mango is our most popular flavour and has been from day one. No wonder it works phenomenally in Denmark's unofficial easy-serve / national drink, the Gin Mango. The gin mango is a super versatile serve that is easy to make wherever you are and whatever tall mixers you have on hand and still end up with something delicious.

Try a Gin Mango Cocktail

  • Fill a tall glass with ice
  • Add 40 ml of Dry Gin
  • Then 40 ml of Shake-It Mixer Mango
  • Pour in a lemon or a lime soda
  • Squeeze in a wedge or two of lime, and the drink is ready.

Shake-It Rhubarb

Rhubarb is the quintessential summer flavor; since day one, we wanted to naturally capture the alluring natural aroma of rhubarb in our Mixer, and we think we have succeeded; it is versatile as a flavor, but for summer, we recommend combining it with gin, and tonic to get an exciting summer GT.

Try a Rhubarb G&T Drink

  • Fill a tall glass with ice
  • Add 40 ml of Dry Gin
  • Then 25 ml of Shake-It Mixer Rhubarb
  • Top with your favorite Indian tonic, and garnish to taste.

Shake-It Lime

Lime Cordial is a classic; it has existed in one form since the late 1700s. Initially, to fight scurvy in the Navy. Lime cordial is widely held to be the original "cocktail syrup." You could try it in a Gimlet to stay true to its naval heritage.

Try a Gimlet Cocktail

  • Fill a glass with ice
  • Add 40 ml of Dry Gin
  • Then 40 ml Shake-It Mixer Lime
  • Stir and garnish with a lime wheel
  • Tip. Try a ratio of 50/50 to get a more sour-style drink.

Shake-It Grenadine

Dirty Shirley This nostalgic drink has been gaining traction, especially in the United States, and is now hitting the bar scene in the Nordics; it is a counter drink to those boring vodka soda drinks. Our not-too-sweet grenadine works excellently in this easy-to-mix drink.

Try a Dirty Shirley Cocktail

  • Fill a glass with ice
  • Add 40 ml of Dry Gin
  • Then 20 ml Shake-It Mixer Grenadine
  • Top Lemon-lime soda such as Sprite
  • Tip. Alternatively Schweppes Lemon also work when looking for something less sweet.

Shake-It Passion Fruit

Passion fruit is a versatile flavor. While usually used in a passion fruit or a porn star martini, try the Shake-it Mixer passion fruit in a nice refreshing Mojito that combines the passion fruit conveniently with mint and rum. Although the recipe requires more ingredients, it is definitely with the extra effort.

Try a Passion Fruit Mojito Cocktail

  • Take four lime wedges and ten mint leaves and put them on the bottom of a tall glass
  • Muddle 10 mint leaves and the lime lightly in a glass
  • Add 40 ml of rum
  • Then 35 ml of Shake-it Mixer Passion Fruit
  • Fill up the glass with ice and soda, and mix from the bottom up
  • Garnish with mint. Sometimes the limes are super sour
  • Tip. If the drink feels too sour or sweet, you can adjust the amount of lime or add more or less of the Mixer to find just the ratio you love.

Shake-It Strawberry

The Shake-it Mixer Strawberry is such a beautiful and lush Nordic-style strawberry. Try it in a frozen strawberry margarita. The robust flavor holds well even in this frozen drink. A Frozen Strawberry Margarita A super easy service to make and scale, this is one of our go-to drinks when hosting on those warm summer days.

Try a Frozen Strawberry Margarita

  • Prepare a blender
  • Add 60 ml tequila
  • Then 20 ml Cointreau
  • Then 40 ml Shake-It Strawberry,
  • As well as 25 ml fresh Lime juice
  • Add crushed ice cubes and blend until smooth
  • Poor in cocktail glasses adn garnish with a lime Wedge
  • Tip. If you have crushed ice try to measure the ice according to the glass you will use. This way you get the perfect amount when doing one or two drinks.

Shake-It Sugar Cane

For the Shake-It Mixer Sugar Cane, we have combined cane sugar with Invert sugar, a fancy word for actual sugar generally used in the baking and drinks industry. The great thing about inverted sugar is that it is natural and sweet, so sweet in fact that you can use around 30% less to get the same sweet sensation. Try the Shake-it Sugar cane in any drink where you must balance the sweet with the sour, for example, in a whisky sour.

Try a Whiskey Sour Cocktail

  • Fill a shaker with ice
  • Add 40ml Bourbon,
  • Then 25 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice,
  • As well as 15 ml Shake-It Sugar Cane
  • Shake for 10 seconds and strain to a glass filled with ice.
  • Garnish with a lemon wedge.
  • Tip. Add 10 ml of egg white to get a nice creamy foam on the drink.

Shake-It Blue Curacao

Blue Curacao is a sweet mix of lemon and orange flavors named after its blue color and the Curaçao islands ins the west indies. Try it in any drink requiring a lovely blue hue, like a blue margarita or the ever-popular blue lagoon.

Try a Blue Lagoon Cocktail

  • Fill a shaker with ice
  • Add 40 ml vodka
  • Then 20 ml Blue Curaçao
  • Shake for 10 seconds and strain into an ice-filled highball glass
  • Top with lemonade, and garnish.
