Visiting the website

We process your personal data for the following purposes: to administer, optimize, and develop the website to ensure that the content is relevant and presented in the most effective way for you and your device, and that you as a visitor have a positive experience. The purpose of the processing is also to ensure that only individuals within the statutory age limit for the sale of alcohol visit and use the website.

Basis for processing of your personal data is based on our legitimate interest in administering, optimizing, and developing the website (Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation). We also base the processing on having a legal obligation to ensure that only individuals of the correct age to purchase alcohol visit and use the website (Article 6(1)(c) of the General Data Protection Regulation).

We store your personal data for 2 years from the time of your visit to the website.


Purchasing on the webshop

We process your personal data with the following purposes: to carry out your purchases, to comply with the purchase agreement with you, and to carry out order processing and delivery, as well as handling any customer inquiries and complaints.

Types of personal data we process:

  • Your purchases and invoice
  • Name, address, email address, and telephone number
  • Payment information
  • Photo ID (only if we doubt your age after your order)

Basis for processing of your personal data is necessary for the fulfillment of the purchase agreement (Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation). In cases where we ask for a photo ID, we base this processing on our legal obligation to ensure that only individuals of the correct age purchase alcohol (Article 6(1)(c) of the General Data Protection Regulation).

We store the collected personal data related to purchases for 2 years from the time of purchase. After a specific assessment, we may store the information for up to 3 years from the time of purchase if necessary for establishing, asserting, or defending legal claims. We store invoice information and any complaint information for 5 years after the end of the year in which the purchase or complaint was made.

Booking & Payments

We record and disclose the personal data necessary to deliver the goods/event/experience to you. If you make a booking through us, we process your personal data associated with your booking for the following purposes: to validate your booking through payment, and relevant communication associated with your booking and its fulfillment.

The personal data are obtained in collaboration with relevant third-party providers and technologies (subcontractors) that enable the booking. For such, cooperation agreements on applicable rules and law exist. The personal data are registered and stored by Hans Just A/S for five years, after which the information is deleted.

If you have given us your consent, we process your personal data with the purpose of conducting personalized marketing, including abandoned cart emails and retargeting via Facebook, Instagram, Google, and YouTube.

Personal data may also be transferred to external partners who process the personal data on our behalf. We use external partners to assist us with data collection for marketing and ongoing maintenance of our website.

When data about your behavior on the website is forwarded to META, Google, and YouTube, we use the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission under the General Data Protection Regulation Article 46(2)(c), and we are obligated to ensure that the necessary organizational and technical measures are in place to protect the personal data that is transferred to data controllers in third countries.

We store your personal data for 3 months after the time of your consent to the use of marketing cookies.


Subscription to newsletters

If you have given us your consent, we process your personal data with the purpose of sending newsletters that market our products.

If you have created a profile on shake-it.dk and thereby given us your consent, we process your personal data associated with your membership account for the following purposes: management of points earned from purchases, personalized marketing, including retargeting via Meta/Facebook/Instagram, Google, and YouTube.

Collection and Processing of Personal Data through Interaction with Shake-it.dk on Social Media Hans Just A/S is responsible for the following:

Facebook and Google are responsible for the following: Facebook & Google collect various types of information about you when you use their services. The Services share data with Hans Just A/S to help us improve our advertising.

Right to Withdraw Consent

Hans Just A/S will cease processing your personal data if you withdraw your consent, unless we can continue processing on another legal basis (e.g., Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation, necessary for the performance of a contract). Right to Access

You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether Hans Just A/S processes your personal data, and, if so, the right to access the personal data and related information.
