• Wavemaker A/S sells Aperol Spritz themed boat tours in Copenhagen Harbor.
• Hans Just A/S is the supplier of Aperol and Cinzano Prosecco for the tours.
• Included in the rental is a captain.
• A boat can accommodate a maximum of 12 people in addition to the staff.
• Rental of the entire boat - 3,495 DKK for 1½ hours.
• Included in this rental are two Aperol Spritz for each participant, along with assorted snacks from By Cortsen.
• Additionally, extra snacks and drinks can be purchased for the tour.

The following payment methods are accepted: Visa card, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club. The amount will be charged to your card when booking.

Refund of Purchase Amount:

If you withdraw your purchase within the withdrawal period, you will be refunded the amount, minus transaction fees associated with the transaction itself.

We will refund all payments received from you no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal from the agreement. We will refund the money using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until we have received written documentation that you wish to withdraw your purchase.

Warranty Claims:

When you purchase from us as a consumer, the rules of the Sale of Goods Act apply.

We require the following information when you shop with us:

Name, address, phone number, email address, payment information.

We collect and disclose the personal data necessary to deliver the service to you. Personal data is registered with Hans Just A/S and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.

In addition, we cooperate with several other companies that store and process data. These companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

We only collaborate with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide sufficient protection for your information.

The data controller is Hans Just A/S.

You have the right to know what information we process about you.

If you believe the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you request it. This may be, for example, if your data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we collected it.
