The boats are named after the Barbieri brothers, Silvio and Luigi, who founded Aperol in the Italian city of Padova back in 1919. The recipe for Aperol is still the original from 1919, and the rich and nuanced taste comes from sweet and bitter oranges, herbs, and rhubarb.

On rainy days, both boats will be equipped with a glass roof so you can enjoy your Aperol Spritz & Sail experience in dry conditions. If there is a risk of gusts of wind at 11 m/s or more, we reserve the right to cancel the trip for safety reasons and refund the full amount. The weather can vary greatly between the sea and the land. It can be completely different out on the water compared to at home in the garden.
