How to participate:

  • The satisfaction survey concerns Aperol Spritz & Sail and is conducted via an electronic form.

Value: EUR 474,-. including:

  • 6 x Aperol 70 cl

Guidelines:

  • To participate in the satisfaction survey and associated competition, it is required that you have participated in Aperol Spritz & Sail.
  • Minimum age for participation in the competition is 18 years.
  • The prize cannot be moved, transferred, or exchanged for cash.
  • There is one winner of the competition.
  • The competition runs from May 1st, 2024, to August 31st, 2024.
  • The winner will be contacted directly thereafter, via the provided email address.
  • Upon contact, the winner must respond within 10 days, otherwise a new winner will be drawn.
  • Upon contact, the winner must provide a name, age, email, and phone number for the shipment.
  • The prize will be sent after arrangement to the provided address.

In addition:

  • Hans Just A/S is not responsible for any printing errors.
  • In case of suspicion of fraud, Hans Just reserves the right to check and exclude participants.
  • Employees of Hans Just A/S may not participate in the competition.
  • Hans Just reserves the right at any time to adjust terms and mechanics for this competition.
  • This competition is neither sponsored, endorsed, nor associated with Facebook or Instagram.
  • Questions about the competition can be directed to the technical provider of the competition

Processing of Personal Data:

As part of this satisfaction survey and competition, your personal data – name, age, phone number, email, and address will be processed. We process personal data according to applicable rules and have established appropriate technical and organizational measures for this. Additionally, we are obligated to inform you of the following:

a) Hans Just A/S, Århusgade 88, 2100 Copenhagen.

b) The purpose of the processing is participation in the satisfaction survey and the competition. The basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the company in optimizing the Spritz 'n Sail experience, as well as being able to administer participation, selection, and contact with the winner.

c) Personal data concerning the competition winner will be kept until 14 days after the prize has been sent, while anonymous data related to the satisfaction survey itself may be kept for up to 2 years.
